First time having a vehicle serviced and I couldn't have been more impressed. Thorough diagnosis, with a checklist of other issues to be fixed . (with estimates), but without pressure or hassle. Friendly staff and cookies for customers. I think I've found my new auto service shop.

Last Saturday, January 25th, the reverse went out of my 2006 F150. I contacted Brad to see if I got it to his shop if he could possibly look at it on Monday. I did apologize for the short notice as well. He said yes, no problem! The good news came 1st telling me he could fix it...the bad news followed saying it had 3 codes and would be cheaper putting a factory reman transmission in. So that's what we chose, he got it coming and by Friday afternoon was ready for pick up! Thanks Brad Holtkamp Automotive for the quick turn around!
