I am new to the area and wasn’t quite sure where to go for car maintenance. It’s usually an overwhelming thing to me due to having toddlers at home- it’s hard to get out and get things like this taken care of, especially with the pandemic. I am SO pleased with the customer service and the services provided! Not only did they pick up my vehicle at my home, they brought us cookies upon its return. (Delicious!) Their communication is phenomenal electronically and interpersonally. They also appear to adhere to COVID safety standards with their masks. I feel like I lucked out for finding such a good business for our families cars on the first try. It means a lot. Took my car to have it looked at and I was told it needed a new water pump and serpentine belt and an oil change, I was quoted $697.00 ???? I called two other local mechanic shops and both their prices were under $400.00. I wont be back to this place ever again... I told them they could keep their FREE cookies. The shop I took it to right down the street in Mt Pleasant did the exact same thing I was quoted $700 for less than $400 and the warranty was better on the water pump ( lifetime warranty ) not 2 years. Maybe it was my out of County plates ??? Shop around its worth it, very sad people try and take advantage of people.

Great service and communication. We were initially able to make an appointment for Friday and then they were able to reschedule to Thursday morning to accommodate our timing. Very detailed analysis of the vehicle with closeup photos and descriptions in an online report of potential problems. Report was available almost immediately after inspection of vehicle.
