After having work done here on my F-150, I went to pay and pick up my truck. Upon starting the engine and putting it into drive I immediately noticed a not so subtle difference in the performance of the truck—so much so that I put the engine in park after driving it just a few feet from where I picked it up. It felt like I was driving a different truck. It accelerates so smooth now and I can actually feel the power of the engine. Thank you guys so much for all of the time and work you put into helping me repair my vehicle. These guys will keep you updated and informed. Hands down best experience I’ve had with an auto mechanic ever. Also, the cookies were delicious! Thank you again!

Holtkamp Automotive was recommended highly to me by a former classmate of Brad's. She was so right! My experience yesterday was the best experience I have ever had an an auto repair shop and I have had many, many cars in my lifetime and have brought them to many, many other repair businesses. I too, highly recommend Brad Holtkamp Automotive to anyone who needs an estimate on repairs. Amy was great at explaining and the estimate was thorough. I am bringing my car in to be repaired there. August 21st brought in car for repair. No more noisy bearing. Great service, cookies and show and tell. Again on November 1, 2019 I brought my car in for service. Again it was great work, efficiently, with cookies as a thank you. And once more the car rolled in and got its alignment on November 11th. Unfortunately, Aimee was gone and Brad was at the desk. Alignment is great.(Part about Brad is a joke.)

First time having a vehicle serviced and I couldn't have been more impressed. Thorough diagnosis, with a checklist of other issues to be fixed . (with estimates), but without pressure or hassle. Friendly staff and cookies for customers. I think I've found my new auto service shop.
