I would not recommend this establishment.

Wife had a routine oil change and asked for a detailed inspection. As they were pulling out her vehicle, they heard a faint sound in her wheel bearing. They pulled it back in and found a small rock lodged in there and removed it (no additional charges). Wife was impressed at their willingness to go above and beyond.

I've had a break job done, and now I've just had an exhaust system put in my car. What Brad estimated at the time I dropped it off, is what I paid when I picked up my vehicle both times. Fast friendly service, quality work, all with my car ready when they said it would be! Mt. Pleasant... we are lucky to have Brad, Mary and all the guys at Holtcamp Automotive. I know where I will be taking my car back too if/when it needs work again.... Brad's!!!

Brad and his wife Mari take excellent care of my mom's car, and I greatly appreciate it. She was having intermittent problems with the blower motor on the climate control system. Of course, when she brought her car in, it was working fine. Brad told her that it is much cheaper to diagnose the problem if she could bring it in when it wasn't working. Brad promised her that he would drop everything he was doing if she brought it in when it wasn't work. So, one day the motor quit working. She drove straight to Brad's without an appointment, he easily and cheaply diagnosed it, and my mom is happy. It's nice to know my mom is in good hands.
