Where to start.. My son is a freshman at William Penn University, his first time away from home and my youngest. His first time due to drive so far, from Iowa to Connecticut 18 hours away for Thanksgiving. Well on his drive from Oskaloosa his front tire came off. Brad was referred to me by the Towing service. I was scared and worried of how much I would have to pay and if my son would be well taken care of. Well this story could get long but to shorten it a bit I will say that Brad was understanding of my worries. He assured me he would make sure my son's car would be fixed and safe for travel while putting up with so many of my questions patiently and all my worries. Brad went above and beyond to look over my son's car correctly and the bill was more than reasonable. He even offered to take the car to my son's school when we couldnt find a ride for my son to get to the garage. Having your child so far away from home and not knowing anyone is very stressful. Trusting a stranger is even harder but from the Towing Co. to Brad, these wonderful people were placed in our path and I thank God there are still honest, good people left in this world. My son is safe, his car runs great and I am grateful for Brad and his team. If I could tell you anything else other than my experience it will be that you have made the right choice in bringing your car to Brad.
