The town of Mt Pleasant gets a 5 star rating from me! As we were passing through our van broke down, a state trooper escorted us to a hotel, the hotel treated us kindly and understood our situation, and Holtkamp Automotive treated us like family! From thorough diagnosis, to fixing someone else’s prior sloppy repair and prioritizing our vehicle so we could get back on the road. To helping us get around town. First mechanic to ever give us cookies, which also deserve 5 stars!! They also helped me find a mechanic with similar training and quality where I live! Above and beyond your typical mechanic! Thanks everyone!!!

Brad and his team are awesome. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent service they provided us when we had an issue with car on our way back to Illinois. They were able to work us in even with a full schedule. They stayed pass closing to ensure our car was repaired correctly and we were able to drive safely home. They are top notch and I would highly recommend them to all.
