I recently had an oil change/tire rotation performed on my vehicle - this was my first time using Holtkamp Automotive for these services as I have always used the drive through oil change joint based on when time was available - which was usually over lunch during the work week - let me tell you, this was a night and day service experience with Holtkamp Automotive - make an appointment, leave your keys under the floor mat, they pick up your vehicle at your work or home, do the agreed upon work, they send a text or call to let you know the results of the services performed, pay your bill and your car is returned - and there were cookies on my seat along with the printed receipt when I went to lunch - this kind of service is so, so hard to find these days - this is where I will be taking all my vehicles from now on - IMPRESSIVE!
