Brad and his team are awesome. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent service they provided us when we had an issue with car on our way back to Illinois. They were able to work us in even with a full schedule. They stayed pass closing to ensure our car was repaired correctly and we were able to drive safely home. They are top notch and I would highly recommend them to all.

Our daughter’s boy friend’s car had a very low tire late Tuesday afternoon. They got it in, checked it out and found out nothing was wrong, aired up all the tires and did not even charge him!

Driving through southeastern Iowa in frigid temperatures today, my check engine light came on suddenly with a message about a transmission error. I googled places in Mt. Pleasant and Brad’s place came up with great reviews, so I stopped by to get things checked out. They quickly ran some diagnostics while his office manager (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!) supplied my young daughters with hot chocolate and cookies to pass the time. Brad talked through everything with me and assured me I could get home safely so long as I “didn’t try to beat any speed records” on the way back and got it in somewhere this week. He even suggested some good mechanics he knew of in the DSM area, should the issue not be covered under our warranty. We made it home safely (and slowly!) over two hours later, just like he said. If I lived in the area, I would be a lifetime customer! Great guy, super friendly and helpful staff, I couldn’t recommend them enough. 😊

I appreciated the 40 point inspection. It was good to know what needed immediate attention and also what may require attention soon on my truck, as well as what was okay. Good Service! Friendly and Helpful Employees!

My adult daughter was in town and had some car issues. Holtkamps was able to was able to diagnose the issue as well as bring us up to date with other maintenance needed right away or in the near future. They went above and beyond to help with door issue as well. Holtkamps did this in one day to get my daughter back on the road and ready to travel home by that evening! Customer service was the best!
