I was on a road trip and had my rear diff fail on my chevy suburban. They were very prompt in diagnosing and getting it fixed. Very Professional and pleasant! I guess they really are pleasant in Mt Pleasant IA:) God bless you guys! Gotta love the Upper Midwest!

My parents, Jerry and Carol Shullaw had a blowout. All they shared with me is that the people at this location treated them like royalty. I can only say ‘thank you! You really made then family. They never realized that there were still treating people the right way. I hope I can someday come and thank you in person.

I cannot say enough good things about this place, if you have struggled finding an automotive business that you can trust and who will treat you like you wanted to be treated, look no further. Recently took my truck there for some major repairs. First off, everyone else was 2 to 4 weeks out, Holtkamp's got me in the next day. Had everything done in one day where others would have taken multiple days. And their customer service was like stepping into a time machine back to when customer service was something a business strived for. I will be getting all my service done there from this day fourth.

These guys help me try to fix my truck but sadly it can be fixed and they didn't go ahead and charge me for a check up on it and they even help me check up on my new car that I just bought before I bought it 10 or 10 I would go back if I needed great service great attitude they even sat down and told me what was wrong with the new one without a fee
