I so very much appreciate you coming to pick up my vehicle, starting it and returning it in spite of the busyness and the 3 cookies as my treat. Then you tell me there was not charge. I really would like to know if you checked my car over or just did the charging? I am selling it and want to be up front with the buyers. Thank you so much for your courtesy and kindness. It means a lot to this 82 year old crochety old lady.
Thanks so much for the kind words and for taking the time to post a review! We're always glad to help. You had only put 13 miles on the vehicle since the last time we inspected it so there wasn't a lot to check. Since you had trouble starting it, we tested and charged your battery, tested the starting system, and tested the alternator. Everything tested great! The battery will be fine now that we've charged it. Batteries can lose their charge when a vehicle isn't driven for six months. As far as the charges, our complete courtesy inspection is always free of charge! Since there wasn't an invoice, I just now emailed you a copy of what we did so you will have it for your records.
